Suggestions for a smooth and successful closing
  • Be sure to complete a title order form with every contract submission. The more information you can provide the better.
  • Be sure to point out any unusual circumstances such as out of state spouse, one party is deceased, divorce,, mail-a-way closing, etc.
  • Forward any contract addendum, extensions, etc.
  • Get updates on your transaction by providing any email addresses
  • If you want the title company to order a survey or WDO, please make sure to send the appropriate signed authorization form with your order, or as soon thereafter as possible.
